An iconic high-rise on the Rosslyn skyline overlooking Washington, D.C., 1812 North Moore is a LEED-certified trophy commercial building owned by Monday Properties, a leading full-service real estate investment firm. Though the building boasts unparalleled city views and is a study in efficiency, Monday Properties had yet to sign any leases just two weeks prior to opening. They needed help with a target tenant campaign focusing on the top 100 publicly traded companies and positioning 1812 North Moore as the destination building for a flagship corporate location.
Our campaign includes broker outreach, reputation management, and the creation of content that, like the building itself, does not look or feel like a typical commercial property campaign. This includes signage concepts, broker communications and 3D gifts, print and e-blast templates, website concepts, a video story board and a digital brochure. Messaging focuses on the revitalization of Rosslyn as a destination to live, work and play — something that high-profile companies such as Deloitte and Booze Allen Hamilton had already discovered — emphasizing its convenience both for drivers and Metro riders as well as its proximity to the city and Capitol Beltway. In addition to convenience, our campaign also highlights efficiency: 1812 N. Moore’s design and LEED certification allows tenant companies to reduce operation costs and expenses while enjoying lower energy costs than they would in the city just 10 minutes away.
To drive commercial leases and build awareness of this luxury office building. The building is still under construction, so the campaign has not yet launched. Stay tuned for measurable results.
