MOI

Maryland Office Interiors, a full-service commercial furniture dealer, wanted to expand clientele beyond government contractors and to leverage their capabilities to attract higher end, design-oriented projects in conjunction with a move into D.C.’s central business district. In order to raise their profile, they needed to conduct a full rebranding of the company internally and externally to change their message strategy and visualization tools.

Our team created a new, higher-end brand identity that would help MOI transition into their new space, as well as give them the image they needed to attract a client who appreciated higher-end interior designs. A true rebranding, our process included stakeholder and employee interviews; articulation of the brand mission, vision, values and personality; and translating those messages into visuals and both internal and external communication and new business strategies. We created all new collateral materials, new business pitch materials, and an office tour map to help leverage the onsite experience of their new office space.

Results

MOI has successfully increased their closing ratio on new business as well as attracted a more diverse base of clientele beyond the government contracting business.
