Ritz-Carlton

Delucchi Plus has worked with the luxury brand in two locations: The Residences in Miami as well as Singer Island in Palm Beach. For the former, we were tasked with changing perceptions in a pre-construction campaign; a formerly condemned Miami hospital was being converted into luxury waterfront condominiums but faced search challenges with still-negative online sentiment. Singer Island, on the other hand, had just 15 units left to sell and needed our help in making it across the finish line.

For Miami, our team ran an online campaign to drive lead generation, build awareness of the real estate opportunity and change perceptions of the area. Our strategy focused on reverse search engine optimization, filtering results with negative sentiment toward the previous structure. For Singer Island, we engaged in an aggressive pay-per-click campaign that targeted international homebuyers and aimed to dominate all relevant paid search terms, presenting The Residences as the area’s only option in its category.
