A 200-acre, mixed-used development in Rockville, MD, Tower Oaks — owned by the Tower Companies and Lerner Enterprises — retained Delucchi Plus to develop the destination’s brand story. The fifteen-year plan included development of office, retail, hotel and spa spaces, all with a sustainable mission.
Leveraging Tower Oaks’ identity as a green community, our team designed a creative campaign to tell this story in advance of development and attract the support of the press and future partners while igniting interest among potential retailers, office tenants, visitors and more.
Our team successfully developed a strong brand story that could be leveraged by all partners and future projects in the community as they came online. The story helped to attract new tenants to the first office building: 2000 Tower Oaks.
