Staffing Update: Kimberly Carroll Joins as VP, Digital Strategy

Today we’re thrilled to announce that Kimberly Carroll has joined us as Vice President, Digital Strategy.

Kimberly will oversee the day-to-day management of the digital business unit to include financial management, staffing, business development, and client relationships. She will direct all digital strategies to include online media, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing, mobile marketing, content creation, social media services, mobile applications, and website design and development.

Kimberly’s experience includes e-commerce, information architecture, content strategy, user experience, e-mail marketing, SEO, social media, consumer research, business development, branding, and creative services. Prior to joining us, Kimberly served as Publisher and CEO of Make it Better Media, a Chicago new media company that won 17 publishing awards in 2012 under her direction. Over the course of her career, Kimberly’s impressive list of clients has included McDonald’s, United Airlines, Canyon Ranch, Time Inc., BMW USA, Oprah, and Nikon USA.
