Amazon Origins is the manufacturer of Amaçari, an organic health supplement using the Amazonian superfruit camu camu berry. We were engaged to consult and provide digital marketing support as Amaçari was brought to market. From insights on packaging to website development and testing, we first helped them develop a solid consumer-facing foundation. With brand development and product sales as our ultimate marketing communication goals, we have managed, implemented and tracked everything from paid search, SEO and display to digital PR, social outreach and email, with test elements included at every stage.
A particularly successful test was the creation of a remarketing email effort to free sample requesters who did not initially buy.
As a result, the conversation rate to free trial was in excess of 5% with an ultimate conversion to purchase of 23%.
