Delucchi Plus Welcomes Damian Rintelmann As COO

We’re excited to announce a new addition to the Delucchi Plus team! Damian Rintelmann joins us as Chief Operating Officer, a newly created position to support and guide Delucchi Plus’ growth. In his role, Damian will oversee day-to-day operations across the company to improve workflow, acquire and retain top talent, and deliver on a remarkable client experience.

Damian brings a robust 15 years of marketing and operations experience and an impressive resume: Having served as Senior Vice President of Digital at Weber Shandwick in Baltimore, MD, some of his most notable clients include industry giants such as Anheuser-Busch, General Motors, American Airlines, and PepsiCo.

When Damian isn’t blazing the trail in operations and digital, he’s spending time with his son, Oliver, and playing hockey. A proud Midwesterner, he’s been hitting the ice since age three!
