Inside Our Company Culture

We’re big believers that a company’s culture isn’t defined by whether or not they have “summer Fridays” and Halloween costume contests (though, we do have those!). Rather, we think what makes Delucchi Plus one of the most fun places to work in DC has more to do with our attitude of “Go Big or Go Home!”

Whether it’s strategizing how exactly to replicate “Family Feud” at a cookie conference, mapping out the most efficient taxi route required to visit all 10 of a client’s Manhattan café locations in one day, or figuring out how in the world to locate America’s next hometown hero, we’re always putting our heads together to figure out not only the BIG IDEA but also how we’re going to bring it to life!

From interns to our Chief Creative Officer, everybody plays a role — and it may just be the next Steve Harvey 😉 A few other fun facts about our culture:

  • We’re committed to charitable giving and nominate and then vote on pro-bono clients to work with each year
  • Employees are given dedicated “Give Back” days for volunteerism in addition to our annual company-wide Give-Back Day
  • We’re committed to professional development by formalizing personal goals and through our mentorship program
  • We are committed to continuing education and host Delucchi University sessions on a variety of topics throughout the year, as well as invite key staff to partipate in our Emerging Leaders leadership training program.
