Some would argue that Office Manager is the most important position at an agency, and at Delucchi Plus it’s no different. In a word: coffee. Lucie’s responsible for not only keeping the worker bees happy (whether refilling our bottomless collection of K-cups, scheduling Massage Fridays, or keeping up with a dizzying array of calendars), but also being the voice of our brand in greeting visitors, clients or even the delivery man.

In addition to all that, Lucie’s also the logistical point person for our intrepid leader, which means anticipating the needs of an always-on-the-go CEO. Being in charge and keeping spirits up is not an easy job, but Lucie perfected the practice in similar positions at Williams Whittle & Associates and Bartow Communications, disproving the old saying that “you can’t make everyone happy.” Want to know what makes Lucie happy?
