Delucchi University

We believe in the quest for continual curiosity and instill a thirst for knowledge with our professional development and leadership training programs. Delucchi University’s peer-taught classes are open to employees and clients and focus on emerging industry trends, best practices, and cross-training in communications disciplines and subject matters. What makes one image succeed on social media and another fail? What is a messaging platform and how are they developed? Is the phrase “flesh out,” or “flush out”?! All of these questions have been recent topics in Delucchi University and we release new class descriptions every quarter.

Staff may also apply to participate in our Emerging Leaders program, offered twice annually, which helps develop organizational and people-management skills. This program culminates in a “Shark Tank” company program pitch, and winning proposals are often adopted into formal company inititiaves.
